✅ Configure Email on iPhone/iOS

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account

2. Choose Other > Add Mail Account

3. Enter:

    

   • Name

   • Email

   • Password

   • Description

    

4. Tap Next, then configure:

Incoming Mail Server

• Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com

• Username: full email

• Password

Outgoing Mail Server

• Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com

• Username: full email

• Password

5. Tap Next

6. iOS will attempt to verify automatically

    

   • Recommended IMAP port: 993 (SSL)

   • SMTP port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

   • Make sure Use SSL is ON

    

7. Tap Save to finish.

✅ Tips

• Always choose a strong password

• If connection fails, double-check the server name and ports

• IMAP is recommended because it keeps messages on the server

• POP3 downloads emails and usually removes them from the server
