✅ Configure Email on Android

Steps

1. Open the Gmail app (or default Email app)

2. Go to Add Account

3. Choose Other

4. Enter your full email address

5. Tap Manual setup

6. Select IMAP (recommended) or POP3

Incoming server settings

• Username: your full email

• Password

• Server: pop.yourdomain.com

• Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (non-SSL)

• Security type: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server settings

• SMTP server: smtp.yourdomain.com

• Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

• Security type: SSL/TLS

• Require sign-in: yes

   

  • Username: full email

  • Password

   

7. Tap Next

8. Wait for testing to complete

9. Finish setup.
